Cookie Policy

1. About this policy
This policy explains how the Arthur & Hamilton website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device. "Browser storage" works in a similar way, saving small pieces of information locally so a site can remember your preferences. They are widely used to make websites work and to remember your choices.
3. How we use them
We keep this to a minimum:
- Theme preference (essential/functional) - we store a small setting in your browser to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. It stays on your device and is not shared with us.
- No advertising or tracking cookies - we do not currently use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics that profile you across the web.
4. Third-party content
Some pages include content from other services, which may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps - our contact page embeds a map, and Google may set cookies through it.
- Web3Forms - when you submit a form, it is processed by Web3Forms to deliver your message to us.
- External links - links to sites such as Zoopla, Rightmove and government pages are governed by those sites' own cookie policies.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies and clear browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove them - though doing so may affect how some websites work. Your browser's help pages explain how.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
